- This survey is anonymous: no personal identifiers are saved in our system. Responses are stored for e.g. benchmarking, but cannot be tied to individuals
- Importantly, your client must save their report as a pdf and share with you. If they close the window without saving, the survey needs to be redone

In 10 minutes and 60+ questions you get:
- A 7 element snapshot - including sleep, mental energy, nutrition, stress levels, and physical activity
- Personal report - highlighting your strengths and focus areas
- A starting point - What was new? What did you already know? Where would you like to see change? Start reflecting on your path forward to prepare for our session
- Complete privacy - the survey is anonymous and no personal identifiers (name, email) are stored. NOTE: After completion, please save your report as a pdf, and share it with me.
